Note concerning only the "Internet Explorer" browsers from version 7
Some Internet browsers do not permit to use in these high security contexts all the functionalities provided by CERTILINE to download your documents and perform electronic signature.
In order to allow your browser to access all the CERTILINE functionalities (in particular to download statements and documents concerning electronic signature), the web site must be added as "trusted site". In your browser menu, choose Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab :
Then click on "Trusted Sites" and on the "Sites..." button. Add "https://certiline.montepaschi-banque.fr" in the corresponding field. Validate by clicking on "Add" and "OK".
Still in the "Security" tab, click on the "Custom level..." button, and choose "Medium-Low" in the drop-down list called "Reset custom settings". Click on "Reset" then validate by answering "Yes".
